Location: Hounslow Muslim Centre – West London
Salary: £25K to £32K per annum
(Negotiable – depending on Qualifications and experience)

Hounslow Muslim Centre is a new Masjid and community Centre established in March 2019. “Our vision is to establish a Masjid that is a beacon and community hub, in the heart of Hounslow”

We are recruiting a Khateeb & Imam to oversee our existing team of Imams and teachers. You will be leading the design & implementation of a comprehensive range of new and innovative services to meet the religious, spiritual and educational needs of our growing congregation, especially engaging with the wider society and with particular focus on the Youth.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
• Have a strong understanding of Islam and Muslim in the UK
• Have experience of Team management and of developing Masjid services
• Bea graduate in Islamic Science and fluent in English & Arabic
• And have at least two years’ experience of serving as an Imam
• Have experience of Public Speaking and charisma

The role of Imam requires flexibility in working hours, and will include some weekends and bank holidays.
